Patrick Newton Mills was born February 16, 1958, in Kansas City, MO, and departed May 21, 2024, at Cox Hospital in Springfield, MO.

He was preceded in death by: his parents, Gleneth L. Mills and Lola Mae Mills; and sister, Lola Laraine Mills

He is survived by: one son, Huntter Mills of Mammoth Spring AR; a sister, Marendy Leora Mills of Santa Fe, NM; and a brother, Gleneth L Mills, Jr. of Oceanside, CA; four nephews; and two nieces.

Patrick served in the USMC and was proud of his service. He supported various veteran causes. He was a professional truck driver and spent many years driving on the nation's highways making lifelong friends and acquaintances. When he retired from trucking, he worked as a mechanic and operator of heavy machinery. Pat found purpose in life. pastoring the word of God and helping others. He dedicated himself to his family and service to the Lord. He was loved by many, He never met anyone he couldn't like, he was quick to forgive, and seldom complained.

Services will be 2pm Thursday, June 13, 2024, at the Clary Funeral Home in Thayer, MO, with Bro. Erman Croney officiating, and burial following in the Field Creek Cemetery in Mammoth Spring, AR. Visitation will be 1pm-2pm prior to the service.

Romans 8:28 And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.
