Larry Latham entered into rest in the morning of March 19, 2024, in his home in Alton, MO. He was born to Kendel and Lola Latham in Tishomingo, OK, on June 28th, 1955.

He learned his love of ranching and the value of hard work while helping his dad work at the Pigman Ranch, which they had relocated to in 1969. Larry only moved on to his own endeavors when the ranch was sold in 1996. Larry was proud of his work and spread his knowledge of ranching to anyone willing to listen and learn. He was a man of few words, but when he spoke you listened. He was well respected in the community for standing by his traditional values and morals, and those ethics and bits of wisdom will carry on in memory of Larry through all who knew and loved him.

He is survived by his wife Deborah Latham (nee Williams) of Alton, MO, sons Bobby (Pam) Latham of Alton, MO, Larry Latham, Jr, Aaron (Deana) Worthen of Wilsonville, OR, Jason (Lynsey) Worthen of Highland, IL, Nathan (Christie) Worthen of Maple Valley, WA, sister Patricia (Jerry) Brown of Bartlet, TN, 10 grandkids, 1 great-grandson, and many nieces and nephews

He was preceded in death by his mother and father Kendel and Lola (nee Hellinghead) Latham and sister Doris Dokka.

Services will be 2:00pm Saturday, March 23, 2024 at the Oak Hill Missionary Baptist Church with Bro. Edward Casey officiating. Visitation will be 1-2:00pm Saturday at the church. Burial will follow the service at the Riverton Cemetery. Arrangements under the direction of the Clary Funeral Home, Alton, MO.
