Lawrence Dwayne Waits, age 47 of Mammoth Spring, AR, was born January 8, 1977, in Jonesboro, AR, and passed away February 27, 2024, in Salem, AR. Survivors include: his daughter, Clara Isabelle Waits of Salem, AR; his sister, Kimberly Lancaster & husband Jackie of Pomona, MO; numerous other relatives and friends. He was preceded by: his parents, Gerald Wayne & Lula Bell (Collins) Waits. Dwayne loved riding horses, fishing, and hunting, but what he loved the most was being a father to Clara. Funeral services will be 10am Tuesday, March 5, 2024, at the Clary Funeral Home in Thayer, MO, with burial following in the Babe Collins Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of the Clary Funeral Home of Thayer, MO. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the family and can be left at the Bank of Salem.
