Rocky L . Barton passed away in his home at the age of 62 on Thursday, November 9, 2023. He was born March 27, 1961 in Bellville, KS to Jim and Louise (Randall) Barton. Rocky married Evelyn J. Cary on September 20, 1986 in Salina, KS. Rocky is survived by his wife Evelyn, sons Rocky Jr. and Axel, daughter Cherokee Kirkpatrick and husband Greg Jr., father and mother Jim and Louise Barton, brother Jessie Barton and wife Kay, and 4 grandchildren; all from Alton, MO. Rocky is survived by sister in-law Bev Atwater and husband Greg of Blue Springs, NE, sister in-law Katie Morgan and husband Trinity of Blue Springs, NE, sister in-law Tammy Miller and husband Todd of Barneston, NE, brother in-law James Cary and wife Angela of Blue Springs, NE, brother in-law Jordie Cary and wife Hillary of Wymore, NE, and numerous nieces and nephews. Rocky was preceeded in death by his brother Woodrow Barton, father in-law and mother in-law Ray and Josie Cary, grandparents Woodrow and Mary Barton, infant daughter Faith Barton, aunt Betty Warford, and Katherine Cary. A celebration of life will be March 25th, 2024. |
