William Wayne Russell, age 67 of Koshkonong , MO was born April 11, 1953 in Scott City, KS and passed away February 14, 2021.

Survivors include; his wife Hattie, two sons, John and William Russell, siblings, Faye Wheeler, Berta Guy (Ronnie), Norman “Buck” Russell (Shirley), Leroy Russell (Susan), Renee Turner (Bob), Joe Russell, Chris Russell, seven grandchildren, two great-grandchildren and numerous other relatives and friends.

Preceding him in death were his parents, William Wayne Russell, SR and Thelma Juanita Francis-Russell, one sister, two grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

Services will be 2:00 pm Saturday, February 20, 2021 at the Clary Funeral Home, Alton, MO with Bob Turner, Elroy Tesch and Bill Neptune officiating, burial in the Jolliff Cemetery. Visitation will be Saturday, 1:00 pm until service time. Pallbearers Jame Fry, Junior Russell, Tony Bettis, Joe Randolph, Wyatt Russell, Matt King, Verlan Coble and Johnny Russell.
