Roy Gene Ainsworth, age 77 of Mammoth Spring, AR, was born January 8, 1943, in Gorman, TX, and passed away December 27, 2020, at NHC Healthcare in West Plains, MO.

Survivors include: 1 step-daughter, Tonya Price of Jacksonville, AR; 1 step-daughter-in-law, Peggy Price of Jacksonville, AR; 2 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren; 1 sister-in-law, Diane Rogers of Mammoth Spring, AR; 3 brother-in-laws, Don Johnson & wife Sue of Holden, MO, Darrell Johnson & wife Lanna of Mammoth Spring, AR, and Mack Johnson & wife Naomi of Thayer, MO; and numerous other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by: his parents, James Monroe & Lottie Mae (Johnson) Ainsworth; his wife, Carolyn Sue (Johnson) Ainsworth; 1 brother-in-law, Ronald Rogers; 3 step-sons, Scotty Price, Terry Price & Craig Price.

Graveside services will be 11am Wednesday, December 30, 2020, at the Camp Cemetery in Camp, AR. Arrangements are under the direction of the Clary Funeral Home of Thayer, MO.
