Donna Lou (Amick) Horton, age 70 of Thayer, MO, was born June 9, 1950, in Walnut Ridge, AR, and passed away October 23, 2020, at her home. Survivors include: 2 sons, Tim Horton and wife Melissa of Thayer, MO, Gene Horton of Hot Springs, AR; 2 daughters, Tarena Horton of Thayer, MO, and Eugenia Gill of Fulton, MO; 1 sister, Tammy Grimsley and husband Dewayne of Thayer, MO; 14 grandchildren, LaShanda Grooms, Destra Miller, Blake Horton, Darby Miller, Kezhia Naushad, Scotia Centeno, Skylar Gill, Courtney Horton, Kristen Cooper, Deshae Miller, Montana Prince, Dailee Miller, Alex Horton, Zach Horton; 13 great-grandchildren; a special niece, Analisha Grimsley; ex-husband, Wray Taylor; and numerous other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by: her parents, Hughey Edward and Ruby Lee (Damouth) Amick; her 1st husband, Eugene Horton, Jr.; her 2nd husband, Patrick Mick; 1 brother, Dale Amick; 1 sister, Connie Amick. Funeral services will be 2pm Wednesday, October 28, 2020, at the Clary Funeral Home in Thayer, MO, with burial following in the Spikes Cemetery in Pocahontas, AR. Visitation will be 12pm-2pm Wednesday just prior to the service. Arrangements are under the direction of the Clary Funeral Home of Thayer, MO.
