Lulubell (Jay) Curtis, age 80 of Thayer, MO, was born February 11, 1940, in Minnesota, and passed away June 5, 2020, at the West Vue Nursing Center in West Plains, MO. Survivors include: 4 sons, Jack Edward Holcomb & wife Jacquelie of Mammoth Spring, AR, James Arnold Holcomb of Mammoth Spring, AR, Franklin Holcomb of Minnesota, and David Holcomb of Thayer, MO; 2 daughters, Margaret Holcomb of Iowa and Joyce Copley of Houston, MO; 4 sisters, Mary Gibson of Thayer, MO, Rosie of Alton, MO, Billie Coleman of Uta, and Cindy Jay of Birch Tree, MO; 9 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and numerous other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by: her husband, Jack Curtis; her parents, Henry and Irene (Lawson) Jay; 1 son, Leroy Holcomb. Graveside services will be 2pm Thursday, June 11, 2020, at the Thayer Cemetery in Thayer, MO, with Bro. Wayne Hurst officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of the Clary Funeral Home of Thayer, MO. |
