Donald D Pingleton age 84 of Alton, MO was born January 6, 1936 in Cates Pond, MO and passed away April 2, 2020. He married Minnie (Nicholas) Pingleton on January 7, 1956, served with the United States Air Force from June 24, 1954 to July 18, 1957. He then went to work for McDonnell Douglas as aircraft mechanic until his retirement in 1991. He and Minnie were long time members of the United Baptist Church of Alton. He was proceeded in death: his parents George and Thelma (Whitten) Pingleton, his wife Minnie and son Billy Pingleton., as well as his brothers Herbert, Leland, Alfred, James, Robert, Carl, Max and sister Edith Deckard. He is survived by sisters Freda (George) Weber and Georgia Wynn, children: Donald (Brenda), Carol Robinson and Vonda Kelsey grandchildren: Jonathan Diggs, James and John Allen, Donnie, Adam, Richard and David Pingleton; Cheryl Wooten; Brittany Brown and step grandchild Shannon Mehlberg., 13 great grandchildren and many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
