Frances Bell Owens, age 90 of Alton, MO was born December 5, 1928 in Oregon County, MO and passed away May 23, 2019 at Shady Oaks Health Care. Survivors include; four children, Jackie Beutler, George (Neda) Owens, Diana (Tom) Clary, John Owens, grandchildren, Dale Mathew Beutler, Tracy Beutler, Greg Johnson (Melissa), Daniel Owens, Alvin Owens (Marsha), Robert (Anna ) Clary, Jonathan (Adrian) Clary, great-grandchildren, Mikaelah, and Kai Owens, Rebekah Johnson,Taylor (Eric) Honeycutt, Devin, Drew, Avery, Kade and Kanaan Clary, Preceding her in death were her parents, Frank and Maude French-Holmes, her husband Alvin Owens, a son Robert Francis “Bob” Owens, son-in-law Dale E. Beutler, two brothers Tobe and Sherman Holmes, six sisters, Helen Sisco, Ruby Grooms, Lucille VanWinkle, Cecil Childers, Leona Lamb and Dorothy Mae Hensley. Services will be 2:00 pm Sunday, May 26, 2019 at the Clary Funeral Home, Alton, MO with David Langston and Alvin Owens officiating, with visitation 1:00 pm until service time. Burial will be in the Mt. Zion Cemetery, Winona, MO. Memorial contributions may be made to Three Rivers Hospice. |
