William Elvin Crews was born in St. Louis, Mo. on October 31st 1962 to Leroy Crews and Shirley (Whittenburg) Crews. On June 17th 1983 he was married to his beloved wife Darlene (Coin) Crews. One daughter was born into this union on September 25th 1985. William was known by all as a hard working man that loved the lord, his family, farming, and traveling with the love of his life. William started working as a boiler maker in 2008. William is survived by his wife Darlene Crews, Daughter Andrea (Crews) Martin, son-in-law Cassidy Martin, Grandchildren Isabelle Elise Martin, Jacob Raylin Martin, Rhett William Taylor Martin, and Branch Martin, Mother Shirley Crews,Grandmother Alice Whittenburg, brother Gary (Wayne) Crews, Janie Crews, Jeanne earls and Husband Marty, Karen Bridges and husband Doug, sister-in-law Tammie Williams and husband Sid, Robbie Warren and husband Randy along with numerous Aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews. William was preceded in death by his father Leroy Crews, Grandparents William and Leona Crews, and Hubert Whittenburg, Father-in-law Robert Coin and Mother-in-law Shirleen Coin. Services will be 2:00 pm Friday, January 18, 2019 at the Clary Funeral Home, Alton, MO, with Burial in the Bailey Cemetery. |
