Nolan Edward "Eddie" Bull, Jr., age 64 of Gatewood, MO was born December 26, 1954 in Thayer, Missouri. He passed away January 13, 2019 in West Plains, MO. Eddie was united in marriage to Jackie Brown on October 19, 1995, she survives. He is also survived by his children: Shannon Bull, Jeffrey Bull and his wife Amanda, Jody Griffis and husband Phil; two grandchildren, Justin and Devin Griffis; five sisters, Wynona Simpson (Ed, deceased), Marie Johnson (Robert), Jane Miller (Ken), Naomi King (Ed) and Mary Madden; two brothers, Tom Bull (Joan), and Larry Bull (Anna) and numerous nieces, nephews, and great friends. Preceding him in death were: his parents, Nolan Edward Bull, Sr. and Duel Beatrice (Brown) Bull; his brother John Bull (Lynne, deceased); and his infant daughter, Jamie Bull. He was a graduate of Couch High School. Eddie retired from the United States Air Force (21 years) as a MSGT. He was a farmer and mechanic at Hirsch's Feed in Thayer. He enjoyed camping, fishing, hunting, bowling, volleyball, and visiting with friends and family. Services will be at 1pm Thursday, January 17, 2019, at the Clary Funeral Home, Thayer, MO, with visitation at 11am until service time. Full military burial will be at Hickory Grove Cemetery in Alton, MO. Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital. |
