Richard William “Bill” Vetter, son of the late George Edward Vetter and Flora Fox Vetter, was born December 27, 1933 in Springfield, IL and passed away January 16, 2018 at NHC, West Plains, MO.

Survivors include; his wife Julia, a daughter, Janine Barton and husband Jamie, three grandchildren, Tristen Drake and wife Hope, Blake Barton and Dawson Barton, all of Alton, MO, and numerous other relatives and friends.

Full military honors service will be 1:00 pm Tuesday, January 23, 2018 at the Missouri Veterans Cemetery, Springfield, MO.

Services under the direction of the Clary Funeral Home, Alton, MO.
