Otto “Toby” Mauldin, age 83 of Alton, MO was born November 18, 1934 in Alton, MO and passed away January 4, 2018 at Ozarks Medical Center, West Plains, MO.

Survivors include; one brother, Truman Mauldin, one sister, Mary Jane Bowen, step-sons; Randy Warren, Sam Warren, and Steve Alford; step daughters, Lorene and Reta; and numerous other relatives and friends.

Preceding him in death were his parents, Corbert and Mary Mauldin, his wife, Jewell Mauldin, three brothers, Bobby, Carl and Emery “Cub” Mauldin, a step-son Jimmy Warren.

Services will be 2:00 pm Sunday, January 7, 2018 at the Clary Funeral Home, Alton, MO with Bro. Edward Casey officiating, interment to follow in the Bailey Cemetery. Visitation will be Sunday, 1:00 pm until service time.
