Paul David Achord was born October 11, 1951 in Thayer, MO and passed away August 16, 2017 at Mercy Hospital, Springfield, MO.

Survivors include; his mother, Geraldine Holmes, a son, Dan Sisco, two brothers, Olen Dale Achord, Dwight Lee Achord and wife Reta, one sister, Rebecca Ann Hensley and husband Alan, a special friend, Vickie Woods, two grandchildren and numerous other relatives and friends.

Preceding him in death was his father, Paul Ray Achord.
