Erma Lee (Green) Miller, age 57 of Thomasville, MO, was born September 26, 1959, in Willow Springs, MO, and passed away June 25, 2017, at her home.

Survivors include: her husband, Eugene, who she married on December 10, 1989; 2 children, Heather Miller, and Bradley Johnson and Jessica; and a very close friend, Mistie Clark. Erma Lee had 6 siblings: Virginia Maramba and husband Dan (deceased), Cecil Green, Jr. and wife Brenda; Gene Green (deceased) and wife Gayle; Charlie Green and wife Carmella; Melody Mead and husband Dwayne; Lorene Earls and husband Nolan. She was also a proud grandmother of 4, and had many, many nieces and nephews, where she was also a great-aunt as well as a great-great-aunt. She was preceded by her parents, Cecil and Myrtle (Collins) Green.

She was a wonderful and special person who will be greatly missed by many. She was always willing to help anyone, and would always put others before herself. She was not one to complain and she brightened the lives of those she knew. Throughout this fight and battle with cancer, she stood on, and with, the “Rock of all Ages”, Jesus Christ. He filled her with his joy throughout and his Grace and Mercy was here. Now, she is in His strong and loving arms.

On Friday the 23rd, before Erma Lee’s passing, a very special person came to play cards with her: Harley. They had a great time, with lots of hugs, a game of cards; Erma Lee’s face was glowing. She had a special love for this little girl and her mother Melissa. A very special bond, very thankful for that day.

Funeral services will be 2pm Wednesday, June 28, 2017, at the Black Pond Church in Thomasville, MO, with Bro. Barry Thompson officiating and burial in the Miller Cemetery in Thomasville, MO. Arrangements are under the direction of the Clary Funeral Home of Alton, MO.
