Charles Dale Langston was born January 13, 1936 in Benton Township, Fulton County, Arkansas and passed away peacefully at his home near Thayer, Missouri on Sunday 7 May 2017 at the age of 81.

Dale is survived by his son Michael Dale Langston of Thayer, MO, his daughter Mishal Ann Langston of Piti Guam, two grandchildren, Michael Brandon Langston of Ozark, MO, and Dustin Bryan Langston of Springfield, MO, three great grand-grandchildren, Alexis Ann Langston, Isabella Rose Langston, and Rowan James Langston, two sisters, Joyce Louise (Langston) Jones, Wanda Lou (Langston) Enns, and three nephews.

Preceding him in death were his wife Patriscia Ann (Dickerson) Langston, and his parents, James Ernest Langston and Margie Mae (Burch) Langston.

Dale served in the US Army from 1958 to 1964 and was a member of the Assembly of God Church. Through out his life he was active in social and civic clubs and organizations. He enjoyed his passion for photography and the outdoors. Dale also enjoyed being around people and appreciated the time spent with the many friends from throughout his life.

Services are scheduled for 10am Thursday, May 11, 2017, at the Clary Funeral Home in Thayer, MO, with burial following in the Salem Cemetery in Salem, Arkansas. Visitation will be 5pm-7pm Wednesday, May 10, 2017. Chaplain David Langston will be officiating the services. All are welcome to attend.
