Betty Louise (Reed) Robinson, age 82 of Mammoth Spring, AR, was born the daughter of William Reed and Pearl "Whiteside" Reed on June 1, 1934, in Mammoth Spring, AR, and departed this life February 5, 2017, at the Ash Flat Nursing & Rehab Center in Ash Flat, AR. She was united in marriage to Joseph Robinson on March 27, 1970 in Salem, AR. Survivors include: 5 children, Peggy McFann of Myrtle, MO, Billy “Jay†Collins & wife Mindy of Loudon, TN, Dusty Collins of Mammoth Spring, AR, Joseph Robinson, Jr. & wife Dena of Mammoth Spring, AR, and Tracie Ball and husband Nathan of Lebanon, TN; 1 brother, Benny Reed & wife Linda of Hermansville, MI; 19 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren; and numerous other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by: her husband, Joseph Robinson; her parents William & Pearl (Whiteside) Reed; 2 sons, Donald Crowe & Noel “Duke†Collins; 2 brothers, William Reed, Jr., and Noel Reed. Betty was a loving mother and grandmother who enjoyed spending time with her family. She also enjoyed singing gospel songs, reading and watching movies. She loved cooking but also loved to be outside gardening and spending time at the creek and the river. Shopping was also one of her favorite things, which often resulted in her buying things for her kids & grandkids that she thought they would like. She was always thinking of others and would often do without to provide for her children and grandchildren. Betty was beautiful and never left the house without looking her best. Services will be 2pm Wednesday, February 8, 2017, at the Clary Funeral Home in Mammoth Spring, AR, with Bro. Charles Barnett officiating, and burial following in the Moten Cemetery in Mammoth Spring, AR. Visitation will be 7pm-9pm Tuesday, February 7, 2017. Arrangements are under the direction of the Clary Funeral Home of Mammoth Spring, AR. Pallbearers: Lewis Branham, Reed Ball, Elijah Ball, Larry Andrews, Matt Klemann, Riley Robinson |
