Barbara Ann Austin, age 76 of Alton, MO was born May 10, 1940 in Susanville, CA and passed away September 8, 2016 at the Hospice House, Mtn. Home AR.

Survivors include; four daughters, Cindy Powers, Sherry Duncan, Donna McEntire and Ronna Conner, 15 grandchildren, 36 great-grandchildren, one great-great-granddaughter and numerous other relatives and friends.

Preceding her in death were her parents, Casey John Edwards and Macy Mae Barnes-Edwards, her husband, Luther “Hookie” Austin and a son, Luther Keith Austin.

Services will be 1:00 pm Saturday, September 10, 2016 at the Clary Funeral Home, Alton, MO with Bro. Edward Casey officiating, burial to follow in the Smith Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday, 6:00-8:00 pm at the funeral home. Pallbearers; Bub Duncan, Jake Powers, Bradley Conner, Roger Conner, Christopher McEntire and Jeff McEntire.
