Anna Laura Wilson, age 78 of Alton, MO was born June 10, 1938 in Charlotte, NC and passed away August 9, 2016 at West Vue Nursing Center, West Plains, MO. Survivors include; one brother, Edgar J. Wilson and wife Marlene of Alton, MO, two sisters, Joan Hobbs and husband Ira of Alton, MO, Evelyn Wilson of West Plains, MO, five nieces and nephews, Donna Askew, Mike Wilson, Lana Boone, all of Charlotte, NC, John Wilson and Audrey Purcell, both of Alton, MO and numerous other relatives and friends. Preceding her in death were parents, Lawrence Wilson and Ila Baker-Wilson, two brothers, C. Everett Wilson and Harry Wilson, a nephew Larry Wilson. Anna was of the Christian faith, a true servant of God and had a heart of pure Gold. Services will be at 11:00 am Friday, August 12, 2016 at the Clary Funeral Home with Bro. Brad Holman officiating. Visitation will be 10:00-11:00 am Friday before the service. Burial will be in the Wilson cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children’s Hospital |
