Lester Ray Brock of Alton Mo earned his wings on December 1, 2015 at the age of 68. He was born and raised on the coast of Texas but has made Missouri his home for the past 23 years. He was the oldest of 7 children.

He was survived by his wife, Kathryn Brock of Alton Mo, 2 sons, Brian Edward Brock of Alton Mo, Larry James of Canyon Lake, Texas; 2 daughters: Lisa Dawn Small and husband, John, of Ft Smith Ar, Connie Lynn Dodson and husband, Clete, of Canyon Lake Texas. 3 brothers; Ronny Joe Brock and wife Darlene of Alvarodo Texas, George Allen Brock and wife Marie of San Angelo Texas, Larry Dean Brock and friend Roberta Eckert of Alton, Mo 3 sisters: Linda Agnes Velez and husband Pete of Milton Wi, Polly Bonnell and husband Jerry of Alton Mo, Penny Kathleen Bearden and husband James of Odessa Texas 9 Grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren along with many nieces, nephews, family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents Chester C. Brock and Mary Isabell (Mullinax) Brock and a son Cary Allen Brock

He was a wonderful husband, brother, and father. He had a big heart and would help anyone that was in need. He loved the outdoors, fishing, hunting, and camping. He also loved his dogs, all 12 of them, they were his babies. He loved spending time and talking with family.

A memorial service will be held at 1:00 pm Sunday, December 6, 2015 at the Clary Funeral Home, Alton, MO.
