George Randall Rodgers, age 60 of Horseshoe Bend, AR, formerly of Alvin Texas, was born January 25, 1955, in Grand Saline, TX, and passed away November 23, 2015, at his home. Survivors include: his daughter, Ashleigh Johnson and her husband Josiah of Augusta, GA; 3 sisters, Karen Hollis and husband Scotty of Alton, MO, Cathy Crane and husband Jerry of Alvin, TX, and Sherry Brott and husband Bill of Grapevine, TX; and numerous other relatives in friends. He is preceded by: his parents, Jack B and Patricia Ann (Low) Rodgers. George attended college at East Texas State and spent much of his life working in the oil fields in Texas where he owned and operated his own wellhead service company. Graveside services will be held 1 pm Friday, November 27, 2015, at the Scotty and Karen Hollis family farm in Alton, MO. Arrangements are under the direction of the Clary Funeral Home of Alton, MO. |
