Merrell Herbert Ford, age 67 of Thayer, MO, was born July 27, 1947, in Koshkonong, MO, and passed away March 31, 2015, at the Ozarks Medical Center in West Plains, MO. Survivors include: 4 daughters, Jeannette Heard and husband David, Merlene Ward and husband Larry, Rebecca Beville and husband Beau, and Ashley Craig; 1 son, Stephen Ford and Nicole; 18 grandchildren; 3 sisters, Ellen Ficchi and husband Nicholas, Melva Rodabaugh and husband Ed, and Sharon Ford; and numerous other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by: his parents, Herbert and Ellen (Burkhead) Ford, and 1 brother, J.C. Ford. Funeral services will be 2pm Monday, April 6, 2015, at the Clary Funeral Home in Thayer, MO, with Rev. Sam Simmons officiating, with burial in the Thayer Cemetery. Visitation will be Noon-2pm just prior to the funeral. Arrangements are under the direction of the Clary Funeral Home of Thayer, MO.
