Kenneth Douglas Wiggs, age 74 of Alton, MO was born December 7, 1940 in Oregon County, MO and passed away March 5, 2015 at the John J. Pershing VA Hospital, Poplar Bluff, MO.

Survivors include, his wife Linda Cline-Wiggs of the home, two sons, Kelly Dean Wiggs of Austin, TX and Kevin Douglas Wiggs of New Orleans, LA, nine brothers and sisters and other relatives and friends.

Preceding him in death were his parents, Lee Wiggs and Effie Blankenship-Wiggs.
