Jackie Harlin Blevins, age 69 of West Plains, MO was born May 25, 1945 in Louisville, KY and passed away February 21, 2015 at Ozarks Medical center, West Plains, MO. Survivors include; one sister, Geneva Kelley of Mammoth Spring, AR, one brother, Bobby Blevins of Louisville, KY, several nieces and nephews, including, Mollie Cooper and husband John of Salem, AR, Becky Havens and husband Steve of West Plains, MO, Billy Kelley and wife Ladell of Highlandville, MO, Jimmy Kelly and wife Debra of Troup, TX, Ronnie Kelley of Mammoth Spring, AR, and numerous other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, Jack and Carrie Blevins, four brothers, two sisters and a niece, Judy Sisco. Services will be 1:00 pm Wednesday February 25, 2015 at the Clary Funeral Home, Alton, MO. |
