Delphia Frazier Smith, age 92 of Mammoth Spring, AR, was born April 24, 1921, near Saddle, AR, and passed away March 29, 2014, at Brookehaven Healthcare in West Plains, MO.

Survivors include: two daughters, Janice Lancaster of West Plains, MO, Jean Dunn of Nashville, TN; a granddaughter, Rebecca Lancaster; son-in-law, John Dunn; nephews, James Smith and Dan Reed; niece, Joan Lancaster; and numerous other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by: her parents, Sidney Frazier and Lora Estella McHenry Frazier; her husband, Clyde Lewis Smith; siblings, Floyd Frazier, Clyde Frazier, Truman Frazier, Wilma Smith, Louvenia Reed and son-in-law E.C. Lancaster.

Services will be 2pm Wednesday, April 2, 2014, at the Mammoth Spring Church of Christ, with visitation 6pm-8pm Tuesday at the Clary Funeral Home in Thayer, MO. Burial will be in the Riverside Cemetery, Mammoth Spring, AR. Arrangements are under the direction of the Clary Funeral Home of Thayer, MO.
