Nancy Jeweldine (Blake) Case, was born August 17, 1938, in Greenville, KY, to her parents Thomas Pendleton and Eunice (Stogner) Blake, and left this life September 22, 2013, in her home in Mammoth Spring, AR, with her family and friends gathered around her. She was preceded by: her parents, Thomas and Eunice (Stogner) Blake; 3 brothers, Gene Blake, Leslie Blake, and Larry Blake; 2 infant sisters; 2 grandchildren; and 2 great-grandchildren.

She is survived by: her husband of the home, Albert “Sam” Case; 6 children, Dianna Bird of Horseshoe Bend, AR, Jeana Blackford and husband David, Jackie Savage and husband Harvey, Jeff Case and wife Penny, Mike Case and wife Jennifer, all of Mammoth Spring, AR, and Alissa Bullock of Thayer, MO; 22 grandchildren; 36 great-grandchildren; and 1 great-great-grandchild.

Nancy was always full of life; she loved her family dearly, and took pride in all of her grandchildren. She had a lifetime career in the nursing field, including 22 years working for White River Area On Aging. She loved nurturing all of her clients and went out of her way to wait on them on the weekends. She attended Word of Life Tabernacle in Hardy, AR. She will surely be missed by all who knew her.

Funeral services will be 10am Wednesday, September 25, 2013, at the Clary Funeral Home in Thayer, MO, with Bro. Braden Savage and Bro. Joe Reynolds officiating, and burial following in the Thayer Cemetery. Visitation will be 6pm-8pm Tuesday, September 24, 2013. Arrangements are under the direction of the Clary Funeral Home.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the American Cancer Society.
