Alice Gay Newman, age 51 of Thayer, MO, was born September 5, 1961, in San Jose, CA, and passed away August 21, 2013, at her home. Survivors include: her father, Marcus Newman of Alton; 2 daughters, Jolie Newman of California and Jillian Newman of Springfield, MO; 1 grandchild, Kyler Henry; her significant other, Bernhard Walter; 2 brothers, Ernest Newman and wife Brendia, and Edward Newman; 1 sister, Ramona Taylor and husband Robert; and numerous other relatives and friends. She is preceded in death by: her mother, Judith (Maddux) Newman; and 1 brother, John Michael Newman. A memorial service will be held 10am Saturday, August 24, 2013, at the Clary Funeral Home in Thayer, MO. In lieu of flowers donations can be left at the funeral home on behalf of the family. |
