Audrey Lee (McBride) Griffin, age 82, was born June 24, 1931, in Boulder, CO, and passed away July 27, 2013, at National Health Care in West Plains, MO. Survivors include: 1 daughter, Joy Dell Dotson of Alton, MO; 1 son, Eldon McBride and wife Charlie of Summersville, MO; 5 grandchildren, Michael, Kay, Billy, Jason, and Jamie; 11 great-grandchildren; 1 brother, Lloyd McBride of Wetumpka, AL; 3 sisters, Lorene Hoyle of Kinsley, KS, Mae Bradshaw of Birch Tree, MO, and Anna Sue Hutchison of Jefferson City, MO; and numerous other relatives and friends. She is preceded in death by: her husband, Virgil Griffin; her parents, Harold and Mary (Broadfoot) McBride; 4 sisters, Elanora Enlow, Bertha Fountain, Francis Jones, and Opel McKendry; 1 brother, Harold Junior McBride. Services will be 11am Wednesday, July 31, 2013, at the Clary Funeral Home in Alton, MO, with Bro. Robert Chastain officiating, and burial in the Latterday Saints Cemetery outside of Alton, MO. Family night will be 6pm-8pm Tuesday, July 30, 2013. |
