Joyce Simpson, age 87 of Alton, MO was born September 11, 1925 in Wilderness, MO and passed away May 14, 2013 at Shepherds View, Alton, MO.

Survivors include, her husband of 67 years, Wesley Simpson, two children, Jeff Simpson of Alton, MO and Pamela Darwin of Willard, MO, one sister, Willie Ann Smallwood of Alton, MO,
eight grandchildren, Jennifer, Jeffrey JR, Jill, Bailey and Jack Simpson, Keshia and Levi Britian, Justice Darwin, three great-grandchildren, Craig, Maucia and Tionna, a special niece Brenda Mokrohisky, numerous other cherished nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, James P. Simpson and Lucy J. Bell Simpson, one sister, Ella Shepherd, one brother, Vernon Simpson and a granddaughter, Portia Barton.

Services will be 11:00am Thursday, May 16, 2013 at the Clary Funeral Home, Alton, MO with Bro. Edward Casey officiating. Burial will be in the Many Springs Cemetery.
