Michael Jay Osborn, age 54 of West Plains, MO was born August 13, 1957 in Ardmore, OK and passed away August 2, 2012 at his home.

Survivors include; five children, Faith, Charitie, Michael, Shaun and Hope, his father, Robert, two brothers, Robert and Kevin, eight grandchildren, and numerous other relatives and friends. Preceding him in death was his mother, Shirley Hunt Osborn and a granddaughter.

Michael had been employed as a hazardous waste removal specialist for many years, and in his spare time, enjoyed working on his collection of vintage automobiles.

A family memorial service will be held in Alton, MO, with the ashes then taken to Chicago for a service and burial there.
