Jodie Wayland “Joe” Lindley, age 87 of Alton, MO was born October 26, 1924 in Mark Tree, AR and passed away July 13, 2012 at the Ozarks Medical Center.

Survivors include, his wife Nadine, three daughters, Brenda, Lisa and Kimberly, four sons, Skip, Dale, Bobby and Kenny, three brothers, Bill, Horace and Boyce, one sister, Bernice, numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren and other relatives and friends.

Preceding him in death were his parents, Raymond and Florence Lindley, three sons, Jodie Wayne, Jodie JR and Larry, and a sister, Dot.

Joe was a veteran of World War II and the Korean War, serving with the United States Air Force, and was a member of the local Masonic Lodge.
