Kay Ann Vaughn, age 73 of Mammoth Spring, AR, was born January 27, 1939, in Bismarck, MO, and passed away June 18, 2012, at the Ozarks Medical Center in West Plains, MO.

Survivors include: her husband, Roscoe Vaughn, of the home; her children, Lee Buchanan, Darren Hammack, Kelley Jenkins, Thomas Hammack, Bob and Sheila Peacor, and Dennis Hammack; 1 sister, Rollalie Laughry; 1 brother-in-law, Murrell Laughry; her close friends Jim and Norma Johnson, Jim and Ellen Kent, Joyce Brown, Allis Mills, Tracy Barton, Kaylon and Amanda Patterson, Mike Cantrel, Barbara Poulson, and Ray Beverage; her grandchildren, Brian, Brianna, Corbin, Tristen, and Kylie; and numerous other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by: her parents, Rollie and Maneta West; and 1 brother, Burrel West.

Services will be 2pm Wednesday, June 20, 2012, at the Clary Funeral Home in Mammoth Spring, AR, with Bro. Jim Johnson officiating, and burial following in the Riverside Cemetery. Visitation will be 6pm-8pm Tuesday, June 19, 2012. Arrangements are under the direction of the Clary Funeral Home of Mammoth Spring, AR.
