Sarah Orilla (Sinnard) Blackwell, age 65 of Alton, MO was born December 19, 1946 in Taylorville, IL and passed away May 18, 2012, in St. Louis, MO.

Survivors include: her husband, George Blackwell of the home; 1 daughter, Debbie Blackwell and husband Joseph of Alton, MO; 2 sons, George Blackwell and wife Leslie of Alton, MO, and Charles Edward Blackwell of Alton, MO; 3 grandchildren; 1 great-grandchild; 12 brothers and sisters; and numerous other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, George Sinnard and Harriet Shartzer Sinnard

Visitation will be held 4pm-6pm Monday, May 21, 2012, at the Clary Funeral Home of Alton, MO. Arrangements are under the direction of the Clary Funeral Home of Alton, MO.
