Martha Carolyn Emmert, age 54 of Hardy, AR, was born October 6, 1957, in Covington, TN, and passed away January 23, 2012, at the St. Bernard’s Hospice in Jonesboro, AR.

Survivors include: 1 daughter, Nancy Ashcroft; 1 son, Christopher J. Stewart; 3 sisters, Dorothy M. Campbell of TN, Linda J. White of MT, and Mary K. Osteen of TN; 3 brothers, James E. White of AR, Steven F. White of IL, and Roy L. White of AL; 37 nieces and nephews; 4 grandchildren; and numerous other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by: her parents, Clarence and Martha Francis (Hardin) White; 1 sister, Gloria Evelyn Wilson; 2 brothers, W.H. White and Kenneth Carroll White.

Funeral services will be 2pm Saturday, January 28, 2012, at the Clary Funeral Home in Mammoth Spring, AR, with burial following in the Field Creek Cemetery. Visitation will be 6pm-8pm Friday, January 27, 2012.
