Artie Mae Delana, age 96 of Alton, MO was born February 14, 1915 near Couch, MO and passed away December 24, 2011 at Shady Oaks Healthcare, Thayer, MO. Survivors include; one sister, Notra Eccles of Alton, MO, two grandchildren, Rick Dale and wife Cretia, Kim Johnson, one great-granddaughter, Cecily Dale, all of Doniphan, MO, many nieces and nephews and numerous other relatives and friends. Preceding her in death were her parents, John Lewis Williams and Emma Belle Darr Williams, her husband, Richard Delana, one daughter, Shirley Walters and two brothers, Henry and Orbie Williams. Artie was a life long member of the Cave Springs Church, Alton, MO. Services will be 2:00pm Wednesday, December 28, 2011 at the Clary Funeral Home, Alton, MO, with burial in the Cotton Creek Cemetery. Visitation will be Wednesday, 1:00pm until service time. |
