Survivors include; three children, Ricky Break of Wirth, AR, Michelle Mask of Cherokee Village, AR, Troy Tate of Ballard, MO, two step-children, Michael Tate of Minneapolis, MN, Kimberly Hayes of Champaign Lake, IL, two brothers, J.W. Break of Thayer, MO, Doyle Break of Hardy, AR, one sister, Ruth Bolton of Warrensburg, MO, 14 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren and numerous other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Samuel Nathan Break and Ruthie Pearl Byers Break, one son-law, Billy Mask, 3 brothers, Oliver, Johnny and Carl Break, one sister, Mary Break.
