Larry Dean Helfer, age 71 of Alton, MO was born May 28, 1940 in Holton, KS and passed away October 9, 2011 in Springfield, MO. Survivors include; four children, Deena Snyder and husband Ron, Tina Helfer, John Helfer, Elina McCann and husband Ron, four grandchildren, Roanna and husband Justin, Johnathan, Brent, Tiffany, two great-grandchildren, Kaylie and Devin, all of Alton, MO, and numerous other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, John and Naomi Helfer, one brother and three sisters. Services will be 2:00pm Wednesday, October 12, 2011 at the Clary Funeral Home, Alton, MO with Bro. Van Williams, JR officiating, burial in the Bailey Cemetery. Visitation will be Tuesday, 6:00-8:00pm at the funeral home. |
