Peggy June Marquette, age 77 of Alton, MO was born June 25, 1933 in Doniphan, MO and passed away June 1, 2011 at her home. Survivors include; her husband, Vernon Marquette of the home, three sons, George Marquette of Fort Atkinson, WI, David Marquette of Beloit, WI, Dale Marquette of Rockford, IL, two grandsons, Matthew and Mike, two great -granddaughters, one brother, Max Bear of St. Louis, MO, one sister, Betty Jo Gray of St. Louis, MO, and numerous other relatives and friends. Preceding her in death were her parents, George Washington Bear and Myrtle Ethel Barks Bear and three brothers. Visitation will be 6:00-7:00pm Saturday, June 4, 2011 at the Clary Funeral Home, Alton, MO with a service to follow at 7:00pm. Following the service the body will be cremated, with burial at a later date. |
