Joyce Ann Sisco Mooney, age 54 of West Plains, MO, was born February 3, 1956 in Cabool, MO and passed away December 20, 2010 at the Ozarks Medical Center, West Plains, MO. Survivors include; her husband, Tom Mooney of West Plains, MO, one son, Brian Bettis, two grandchildren, Tommy and Cole, her mother, Jettie Sisco, one brother, Dewayne Sisco and wife Sally, two sisters, Clois Ford and husband Rick and Mary Sisco, and numerous other relatives and friends. Preceding her in death were; her father Troy Sisco, one daughter, Jennifer, one brother, Danny Sisco and two infant brothers Gary and Larry, and one infant sister Teresa. Services will be 1:00pm Thursday, December 23, 2010 at the Clary Funeral Home, Alton, MO, with Bro. Edward Casey officiating, visitation 6:00-8:00pm Wednesday. Burial will be in the Bailey Cemetery. |
