Everett Lee Hemphill, age 65 of Carney, OK was born February 7, 1945 in Miami, OK and passed away December 1, 2010 at the VA Medical Center, Oklahoma City, OK.

Survivors include; his wife Geraldine, two children, Raymond and Cheryl Hemphill, two sisters, Wynona Urban and Cheryl Ann Gatlin, four grandchildren and numerous other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Raymond Hemphill and Gladys Phillips Hemphill and two brothers.

Graveside services will be 11:00am Saturday, December 4, 2010 at the Thayer Cemetery, under the direction of the Clary Funeral Home, Thayer, MO.
