Edward Jay Simmons, age 50 of Mammoth Spring, AR was born May 20, 1960 in the state of Michigan and passed away June 28, 2010 at his home.

Survivors include; his common law wife, Vickie Hambelton, one son Jackson, one daughter, Amanda, his mother, Patsy Griffith, and numerous other relatives and friends.

A memorial service will be 7:00pm Wednesday, June 30, 2010 at the Clary Funeral Home, Thayer, MO.
