Mack Alexander Mitchell, of Hermitage, MO, was born November 24, 1930, in Alton, MO, and passed away April 16, 2010, at St. John’s Hospital in Springfield, MO. Survivors include: 1 sister-in-law, Winnie Mitchell of Alton, MO; 5 nieces; 1 nephew; 5 great-nieces; 4 great-nephews; 1 great-great niece; and numerous other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his wife, Lois (Hildredge) Mitchell; his parents, Willie and Dolly (Bell) Mitchell; 3 brothers, Glen, John, and Gene; and 2 sisters, Maxine and Audrey. Mack was a Veteran of the Korean War, where he served in the United States Marines. Services will be 2pm, Sunday, April 18, 2010, at the Clary Funeral Home in Alton, MO, with Bro. Bob Wiggs officiating, and burial following in the Many Springs Cemetery. Family night will be 6pm-8pm Saturday, April 17, 2010, at the Clary Funeral Home. Arrangements are under the direction of the Clary Funeral Home in Alton, MO. |
