Barbara Kay Stevens, age 49 of Alton, MO, was born August 23, 1960, in West Plains, MO, and passed away March 4, 2010, at her home. Survivors include: her husband of 31 years, David Stevens; 2 daughters, Melissa McEntire of West Plains, MO, Courtney Stevens of West Plains, MO; 1 son, Brad Stevens & wife Jeannette of West Plains, MO; 3 grandchildren, Jacob, Madelyn, and James; 2 sisters, Glenda Belk of Perryville, AR, and Linda Sisco of Jefferson, GA; 2 brothers, Virgil Upton of Bigelow, AR, and Glen Brandon of Perryville, AR; and numerous other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by: her parents, Shirley (Parker) Brandon and J.B Upton, and her grandmother, Ruth Parker. Funeral services will be 10am Monday, March 8, 2010, at the Alton First Baptist Church with Bro. Tim Burdin officiating, and burial following in the Smith Cemetery. Family night will be 6pm-8pm Sunday, March 7, 2010, at the Alton First Baptist Church. |
