Mamie Friend Patterson, age 86 of West Plains, MO was born February 7, 1923 near Greer, MO and passed away January 21, 2010 at the Brooke Haven Healthcare Center, West Plains, MO Survivors include; two sons, Lawrence Patterson and wife Melinda of South Haven, MS, Glenn Patterson and fiancée Renee, one grandson, Christopher, four sisters, Nell Hoover, Mae Brown, Francis Brawley and Dicie Doty, and numerous other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, William Harrison Friend and Rosie Sisco Friend, her husband, Ernest Patterson, one son, Thomas Lee Patterson, four sisters, Vivian, Amie, Mollie and Ellen, and one brother, John Henry. Services will be 2:00pm Sunday, January 24, 2010 at the Clary Funeral Home, Alton, MO with Bro. John Lewis Casey and Bro. Clarence Burton officiating. Interment will be in the Bailey Cemetery. Visitation will be 6:00-8:00pm Saturday at the funeral home. |
