Franklin Dale Campbell, age 65 of Alton, MO was born February 26, 1944 in Thomasville, MO and passed away September 30, 2009 near his home. He was united in marriage to Gloria VanWinkle April 13, 1963, who survives. Other survivors include; three children, Billy Dale Campbell, Alvin Campbell and wife Helen, of Alton, MO, Barbara Redburn and husband Gary of Trenton, TN, seven grandchildren, Shannon Campbell and wife Nicole of Greenville, TN, Cassandra Campbell of Thayer, MO, Adam Campbell of Alton, MO, Aaron Campbell of West Plains, MO, Greg Campbell of Alton, MO, Cody and Hanaha Redburn of Trenton, TN, four great-grandchildren, Kyle and Braylyn Campbell of Greenville, TN, Gabriel Garner and Shelby Phenix, of Thayer, MO, two brothers, Ben Campbell and wife Kathy, Glen Campbell and wife Susie, of Alton, MO, three sisters, Fredda Hayward and husband Melvin of Joplin, MO, Anna Jean Morrison of West Plains, MO, Patti Gamblin and husband Joe Dale of Alton, MO, numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews, and other relatives and friends. Preceding him in death were his parents, Ivan and Leila Campbell, his father-in-law, Hiram VanWinkle, three brother-in-laws, J.B. Morrison, Zeke VanWinkle and Jimmy “Pug” VanWinkle. Services will be 2:00pm Friday, October 2, 2009 at the Riverton Church with Bro. David Case officiating. Visitation will be 10:00am-2:00pm Friday at the church. Burial will be in the Huddleston Cemetery, under the direction of the Clary Funeral Home, Alton, MO. |
