Homer Ray Collins, age 73 of Mammoth Spring, AR was born July 16, 1936 in Sharp County, AR and passed away August 29, 2009 at the Baxter County Hospice House, Mtn. Home, AR. He was united in marriage to Donna S. Pendarvis July 31, 1965, to this union three children were born. Survivors include; his wife Donna of the home, two daughters, Raynea Busch and husband Jeff of Mammoth Spring, AR, Becky Smith and husband Billy of Mammoth Spring, AR, one son, J.J. Collins and wife Rachael of Yukon, OK, eight grandchildren, Crystal and husband Joe, Dana, Madison and husband Zach, Gage, Garett, Lindsey, Tara and Aden, three great-grandsons, Noah, Dalton and Gavin, and numerous other relatives and friends. Preceding him in death were his parents, Jessie Ray Collins and Mary Anna Elizabeth Collins, one brother, Owen Ray Collins, one sister, Edith Cooper and a daughter-in-law, Jennifer Collins. Services will be 10:00am Tuesday, September 1, 2009 at the Clary Funeral Home chapel, Thayer, MO, with Bro. Robert Brown officiating, with interment in the Thayer Cemetery. Visitation will be 6:00-8:00pm Monday at the funeral home. |
