Pauline Eva (Crabtree) Taylor, 81 of Alton, MO, was born on May 12, 1928, to Andrew Jackson Crabtree and Pansey Viola Ramsey in Myrtle, MO. She departed this life on July 17, 2009, at Shepherd’s View Residential Care Facility in Alton, MO. Pauline was married on December 6, 1946, to Franklin Lawrence Taylor in Salem, AR. Survivors include: her husband, Frank Taylor of Alton, MO; two sons, Robert Taylor and wife Nancy, and Chester Taylor and wife Dessa, both of Alton, MO; two daughters, Rosie Daugherty and husband Gerald of Thomasville, MO, and Sandra Mitchener of San Angelos, TX; eighteen grandchildren; twenty eight great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by: her parents; three brothers; two sisters; four half-siblings; one infant son; one son, Richard Taylor one grandchild; and one great-grandchild. Services will be held 2pm Sunday, July 19, 2009, at Clary Funeral Home in Alton, MO, with Bro. Dee Jackson officiating. Interment will be at the Shiloh Cemetery. Visitation will be 6pm-8pm Saturday, July 18, 2009. Arrangements are under the direction of the Clary Funeral Home of Alton, MO. |
