Arthur Junior Bettis, age 59 of Alton, MO was born April 26, 1949 in Oregon County, MO and passed away November 15, 2008.

Survivors include: one son, Brian Bettis; two grandchildren, Troy Cole Bettis and Thomas Wade Bettis, all of West Plains, MO; four brothers, Freddie, Phil, Ed and Robert Bettis; five sisters, Tresa Bettis, May Owings, Jane Bettis, Martha Buckner and Ann Brawley; and numerous other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, Arthur and Helen Bettis.

Services will be Tuesday, November 18, 2008 at 11am in the Clary Chapel with Bro. Junior Andrews officiating. Burial will be in the Bailey Cemetery under the direction of the Clary Funeral Home, Alton, MO. Visitation will be Monday, 6:00-8:00pm at the funeral home.
