Kenneth William Rabe, SR, age 77 of Alton, MO was born September 5, 1931 in Watseka, IL and passed away October 21, 2008 at the West Vue Nursing Center. Survivors include; two sons, Kenneth W. Rabe, JR of Gary, IN, Timothy Wayne Rabe of Alton, MO, one daughter, Gwen Rebardi of Mtn. View, MO, three grandchildren, Chris, Tyrell and Logan, four brothers, Robert, Roger, Stuart and Dennis, three sisters, Barbara, Sharon and Sandy, and numerous other relatives and friends. Preceding him in death were his parents, William Rabe and Hulda Windhorn Rabe, his wife, Donna Rabe and a daughter, Eleanor. Kenneth was a life long member of the Lutheran Church, where he served as an Elder and as a Sunday school teacher. Services will be Saturday, October 25, 2008 at 3:00pm at the Clary Funeral Home Chapel, Alton, MO with Pastor John Gerlach officiating. Interment will be in the Shiloh Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday, 6:00-8:00pm at the funeral home. |
